That’s Amore: A Taste of Italy Cooking Night🍝✨
Join us for That’s Amore, a warm and delicious French/Italian-inspired cooking night at Panhandle Kids Kitchen! This hands-on adult class is all about great food, fresh ingredients, and creating a beautiful meal from scratch.
Guests will learn how to make homemade pasta and ravioli from scratch, then pair it with a rich homemade marinara sauce built with classic mirepoix and a hearty Bolognese sauce featuring Wagyu/Angus beef from our Wesson family farm. We’ll also prepare a fresh Caprese salad with basil from our garden, and finish the evening with a decadent vanilla bean crème brûlée, complete with that signature hard caramelized shell torched tableside.
This is a BYOB event, so bring your favorite wine, bubbly, or drink of choice to enjoy with your meal.
